How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who reaches out to Regardingfavourite Septic should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What Can You Bring to Us?

You are welcome to contact us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Regardingfavourite Septic
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider you were connected with

Having Trouble With a Provider?

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own quotes, pricing, work and customer service. If a problem comes up with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please tell us too. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Keep in mind that Regardingfavourite Septic cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

What Should Your Email Include?

Write to contact@regardingfavourite.garden and share:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

Notes first, then email. A few clear details make a complaint much easier to review.

What Comes After You Write?

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider, and send you a reply on what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

Reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help.
